When ordering customized T-shirts, there are several requirements you may need to consider. The specific requirements can vary depending on your needs and the customization options available from the printing or design service you choose.
Design and Pattern Making:
Provide the design or artwork file in a suitable format, such as JPEG, PNG, or vector-based formats like AI or SVG. Ensure that the design is of high quality and resolution to ensure it looks good when printed.
Once the design is finalized, patterns are developed based on the desired style and size chart.
Fabric Sourcing:
This can include selecting the fabric type (e.g., cotton, polyester), and weight(GSM), and ZK also provides custom fabric weave and knit to our customers for a minimum order of 500 KG. We also source fabric for customers from available stocks to facilitate them with lower cost and maximum variety. We provide Sustainable and eco-Friendly Fabric and products with GOTS Certification
Color:
Specify the desired color(s) of the T-shirts. The minimum order quantity is 50 pieces in one color and style. This can include both the color of the fabric and the color of the design or artwork.
T-shirt Style and Size:
Choose the type of T-shirt you want, such as crew neck, V-neck, long-sleeved, short-sleeved, or tank top. Specify the size range (e.g., small, medium, large, etc.) and the desired quantity for each size.
Printing Technique:
Determine the preferred printing technique, such as screen printing, direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, puff printing, silicon vinyl printing, heat transfer, or embroidery. Each technique has its own advantages, costs, and limitations, so choose the one that best suits your needs and budget.
Placement:
Specify where you want the design to be placed on the T-shirt, such as front, back, pocket area, or sleeves. Provide clear instructions or measurements if the design needs to be accurately positioned.
Sizing and Positioning:
Indicate the desired size of the design or artwork on the T-shirt. Provide measurements or guidelines for the printing service to follow.
Additional Customizations:
If you have any other specific requirements, such as adding custom labels, tags, polybags, or individual names/numbers, Zk will facilitate all these above customizations.
Cutting:
The fabric is laid out in layers according to the patterns and cut into individual pieces. After cutting, the pieces are bundled together and labeled for assembly.
Sewing and Assembly:
The cut fabric pieces are sent to the sewing department, where skilled operators sew them together using sewing machines. This includes attaching sleeves, sewing side seams, adding collars or cuffs, and hemming the garment.
Quality Control:
At various stages of production, quality control measures are implemented to ensure that the garments meet the required standards. This involves inspections and testing for issues like stitching defects, alignment, sizing accuracy, and overall garment construction. Any identified issues are addressed and rectified.
Finishing and Trimming:
Once the t-shirts are sewn, they undergo finishing processes, which may include tasks such as pressing, steaming, and adding any necessary trims or labels (e.g., brand labels, and size labels). This step ensures the garments have a polished appearance and are ready for packaging.
Final Inspection and Packaging:
The finished t-shirts undergo a final inspection to ensure they meet the desired quality standards. If approved, they are then folded, packed, and prepared for shipping. Packaging may involve inserting the garments into Customized polybags, adding customized hang tags, folding and packing into cartons, and size labeling for identification.
